ENG (PD-286) RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution No. 9017 accepting a Grant Deed for rater line purposes. ITEM EXPLANATION As a condition of approval of PD-286, Cardon Meqdows Develop- ment Co. the owner is required to offer for dedication an easement for the installation of water lines. FISCAL IMPACT Requiring dedications as a condition of development will save the City expenses in the future right-of-way acquisitions. EXHIBITS 1. Location Map. 2.
