Adopt Resolution No. 9 02 L! accepting a Grant Deed street purposes.
ITEM EXPLANATION
As a building permit condition, the owner of the Carl:
Pacific Center located on Avenida Encinas south of Palc Airport Road, was required to dedicate a portion of Avei Encinas. The owner has submitted the attached grant ( for Council acceptance.
The improvements for this portion of Avenida Encinas 1 been secured by bonded agreement and will be installec the applicant within the next few months.
FISCAL IMPACT
Requiring dedications as a condition of development 1 save the City expenses in the future right-of acquisitions.
