repair and maintenance of the sewer crossing Faraday Avenue
Beckman Instruments, Inc. and directing the City Clerk to re
said documents.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
In association with the recently completed street improvement
Faraday Avenue from El Camino Real to Orion Way, a sewer ease
was requested from the adjoining property owner, aec
Instruments, Inc. The necessary documents granting to the
an easement for repair and maintenance purposes have
executed by Beckman Instruments and are attached for
Council’s acceptance and subsequent recordation by the
Clerk.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A SEWER
EASEMENT FROM BECKMAN INSTRUMENTS, INC. FOR
MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF SEWER CROSSING
FARADAY AVENUE
WHEREAS, the City requires a sewer easement cro
Faraday Avenue from Beckman Instruments, Inc. to e
adequate repair and maintenance; and
WHEREAS, Beckman Instruments, Inc. through the att
deed has granted to the City of Carlsbad to subject
easement interest;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council o
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council of the City of Carlsbac
hereby accept the attached sewer easement which is incorpc
by reference and made a part hereof from Beckman Instrun
Inc. for the repair and maintenance of sewer facil
