MT&- 4128187 ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS OF SEWER EXTENSION ON VALLEY STREET DEPT.- (PRIVATE DEVELOPMENT NO. 223)
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Accept improvements, authorize City Clerk to record the Notice of Completion, release bonds, and direct the Utilities and Maintenance Department to commence maintaining the public streets associated with this subdivision.
ITEM EXPLANATION
The Developer has constructed all improvements required of this project and has requested the City to accept the following sewer improvements:

180 Linear Feet of 6" V.C.P. sewer $ 3,960.OO line
2 Sewer Laterals of 4" V.C.P. Sewer $ 1,220.oo Lateral
1 Access Hole $ 1.520.00
TOTAL VALUE: $ 6,700.OO
FISCAL IMPACT
The Utilities and Maintenance Department will be required to maintain sewer improvements. The value of the improvement is estimated at $6,700.00.
