HD.~ - k@% STREET CIRCULATION STUDY CITY ATTY IEPT. cc I lcin MOR.% RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution No. 9'oso appropriating funds for use by the Traffic Circulation Committee. ITEM EXPLANATION: On April 14, 1987, the City Council appointed a committee to review street circulation plans for the Rancho Santa Fe Road corridor. In that agenda bill, mention was made that the estimated cost of these studies would be approximately $12,000 to be used for computer and consultant expenses. The resolution passed by the City Council did not contain language appropriating the necessary funds. Therefore, the attached resolution appropriates the funds needed. FISCAL IMPACT: No funds are available in the Planning Department for this study, therefore, $12,000 should be transferred from the City Council's Contingency Fund 001-840-1990-2999, which currently has a balance of $140,000. Transfer will be to Planning's Miscellaneous Consultants Account 001-820-3230-2479. EXH I BITS : 1. Resolution No. 7- appropriating funds for the review of the Rancho Santa Fe Road corridor. 2.
