Staff recommends the Council adopt Resolution No. 9062 I
awarding the bid for relocating four (4) modulars from variou:
sites to the Public Safety and Service Center site.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
On March 24, 1987, Council approved fund transfers to faciliti
the relocating of Street, Water, Sanitation, and Electrical
Divisions of the Utility Maintenance Department from 405 Oak
Avenue to the Public Safety and Service Center site.
In accordance with Section 3.28.210 of the Municipal Code,
Notice to Bidders was published and Request For Bids was
made to six vendors. Two responses were received, opened,
witnessed, and recorded on April 22, 1987. The lowest bid was for $16,213.50 from Green and Sons, 7926 Lemon Grove
Way, Lemon Grove, CA 92045.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Unencumbered funds in the amount of $34,176.90 are available
in Account Number: 001-840-5110-2479 for the relocation
of the modulars.

CHASE ORDER FOR RELOCATING FOUR MODULARS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
