RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council by motion authorize a closed session
regarding the pending litigation as follows:
I move that the Council hold a closed session to
consider pending litigation pursuant to Government
Code Section 54956.9(a) to receive legal advice
regarding DILLARD V. CITY OF CARLSBAD.
