Currently the County provides animal control serv to the cities and retains all license revenues. NOW THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED: 1. Department will provide above Field Services for City twenty-four (24) hours-day, seven (7) days per week a need arises or as requests for services are made by City residents, in accordance with adopted response/service pri and within staffing limits. Department will charge Servic in accordance to service billing procedures adopted by Dep as approved by the County Auditor and Controller. Current procedures are shown in Attachment 2. Animal Control Fie1 Officers will be available for City services seven (7) day week between the hours of 6:OO A.M. and 1O:OO P.M. At all times services will be performed on a stand-by basis. All persons employed in the performance of services and functions for City pursuant to this agreemen be County enployees. No City employee shall perform serv functions which County is obligated to provide under thei agreement. The County shall notify the City of in advance of any changes in this practice.
