In return he is offering an executed agreement prohibiting the occupancy the units until all the requirements of Zone 2 are met. Zone 2 has been approved by the Planning Commission and is tentatit scheduled for Council on June 16. Staff's position remains that an agreerr as suggested by Mr. Foote could only be supported following the for adoption of Zone 2 by the City Council and Mr Foote's concurrence with completion of any mitigation necessary to meet facility standards. At that time, if Council concurs, an agreement could be structured 1 ensured compliance with outstanding requirements of the Zone 2 Plan adopted. FISCAL IMPACT: None. EXHl BITS : 1.
