RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Accept the public improvements, authorize the City Clerk to release bonds, and direct the Utilities and Maintenance Department to commence maintaining the public improvements associated with Carlsbad Tract No. 85-36 (Carlsbad Ocean- view Estates).
ITEM EXPLANATION
The developer has constructed all improvements required of this project and has requested to City to accept the public improvements.
The improvements have been inspected by City forces and found to be satisfactory.
FISCAL IMPACT
The Utilities and Maintenance Department will be required to maintain the public improvements. The value of the improvements is estimated at $275,232.00.

YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on June 23, 1987, the En- gineering project consisting of the public improvements for Carlsbad Tract No. 85-36, Carlsbad Oceanview Estates, on which Buccola Engineering was the contractor and American Motorists Insurance Company was the surety, was completed.

I am the City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad. The City Council of said City on July 7, 1987 1987 accepted the above described work as completed and ordered that a Notice of Completion be filed.
