Dear Sir:
We request a time extension for Tentative Map CT 84-28.
The map will currently expire on April 20, 1987.
Map is nearly complete for submittal but will not be able
to be recorded by the expiration date.
The Final
March Group, Inc., as owners, has contracted with Resource
Development Corporation to prepare the Final Map, Grading Plan
and the Improvement Plan. The engineer of work, Brian Donald,

is no possibility that the Final Map could be recorded prior
to the expiration date.
The requirements, as outlined in your hand-out "Tentative
Tract Map Extension", were previously submitted on December 8,
1986 per the Sahagun transmittal. We understand the information
contained in the application and respectfully request your
