ITEM EXPLANATION Hughes North County Associates, developers of a commercial project known as North County Plaza (PD-272), have requested relocation of an existing city utility easement within their project. The relocation is necessary to accommodate a change in the location of a proposed public water line. Staff has prepared a quitclaim easement and the developer has submitted a grant deed easement for council acceptance. The general utility easement line location. submitted for acceptance is consistent with the new water FISCAL IMPACT No Fiscal impact to the City. EXHIBITS 1. Location Map. 2.
