ITEM EXPLANATION
Hughes North County Associates, developers of a commercial project known as North County Plaza (PD-272), have requested relocation of an existing city utility easement within their project. The relocation is necessary to accommodate a change in the location of a proposed public water line. Staff has prepared a quitclaim easement and the developer has submitted a grant deed easement for council acceptance. The general utility easement
line location. submitted for acceptance is consistent with the new water
FISCAL IMPACT
No Fiscal impact to the City.
