conditionally granting partial occupancy for Carls
Gateway Center (SDP 84-5)
ITEN EXPLANATION
At its meeting of September 1, 1987 Council heard
subject request for partial occupancy. At that t Council indicated concern about access to the site also affirmed the need to provide adequate drain protection. Staff was directed to meet with the Develo
