DEPT.- OF CARLSBAD GATEWAY CENTER (SDP 84-5) CITY RECOMMENDED ACTION: Staff recommends approval of Resolutions No. 92.23 conditionally granting partial occupancy for Carls Gateway Center (SDP 84-5) ITEN EXPLANATION At its meeting of September 1, 1987 Council heard subject request for partial occupancy. At that t Council indicated concern about access to the site also affirmed the need to provide adequate drain protection. Staff was directed to meet with the Develo in an attempt to reach an agreement on conditions meet Council's concerns and granting partial occupancy. staff and the applicant have met and agreed that part occupancy could be granted for all but approximat 13,000 square feet under the conditions that: 1.
