Mayor Claude "Bud" Lewis has requested that the program designed
to bring the Industrial-Commercial Complex in Carlsbad closer to City government be continued.
To properly notify the leaders of the many companies in Carlsbad,
it is important that the planning for the next meeting begin now.
It is proposed that the next scheduled luncheon be held sometime in the month of October.
It is also proposed that Council Member Mark Pettine be given the
opportunity to be the featured speaker at this luncheon.
In an effort to accommodate Mr. Pettine's schedule, the actual date
of the meeting should be selected by him. Once the date is firmly
set, we can proceed with the necessary planning to make this program
a success.
