RESOLUTION NO. 9244
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED.
WHEREAS, Kaiser Electro-optics HAS submitted a Gra
conveying an easement to the City of Carlsbad for wat
purposes over a portion of Lot 8 of Carlsbad Tract 74-21;
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carls‘
determined it to be in the public interest to accept said
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:

CERTIFICATION FOR ACCEPTANCE OF DEED
This is to certify that the interest in real property
conveyed by the deed or grant dated August 24, 1987
from Kaiser Electro-Optics
to the City of Carlsbad, California, a municipal corporation,
is hereby accepted by the City Council of the City of Carlsbac
California pursuant to resolution No. 9244 , adopted
