RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution No. 9d5-55 accepting a Grant Deed for traffic sigr maintenance purposes.
Adopt Resolution No. 9~5% quitclaiming vehicular access rights alc Avenida Encinas.
Adopt Resolution No. 4 2<7 quitclaiming drainage easement across Lot CT 81-6
ITEM EXPLANATION
As a condition of approval of Carlsbad Tract CT 81-6B, Poinsettia Villi the applicant is required to dedicate all Easements necessary to sei this development. This Easement is required to maintain the traf, signal apparatus on the entrance to Lakeshore Gardens Mobile Home Park.
The design of this development (CT 81-68) requires access rights that wc previously relinquished to the City of Carlsbad, the applicant I requested a quitclaim of these rights and will re-dedicate access rig1 on the revised subdivision (CT 81-6B).
The design of the development (CT 81-6B) also requires the quitclaim the Storm Drain Easement as previously dedicated. The new Easement w be dedicated on the revised subdivision (CT 81-6B).
Pursuant to Municipal Code, a parcel map is permitted in lieu of a fii map. The City Engineer anticipates processing the grant deed l quitclaim deeds together with the parcel map for this revised subdivis (CT 81-6B)
FISCAL IMPACT
Requiring dedications as a condition of development will save the C expenses in the future right-of-way acquisitions.
