RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Accept donation of $2,672.00 from So. Cal Development Inc.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
So. Cal Development Inc. has offered to donate funds in the amount
of $2,672.00 to the City of Carlsbad. So. Cal has requested that
the funds be specifically applied towards the purchase of a
scoreboard for the Stagecoach Community Park gymnasium.
A letter of appreciation will be sent to So. Cal Development Inc.
by Parks and Recreation staff.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The Finance Director has suggested that the donation of $2,672.00 be deposited into account #001-820-4132-3900 (Recreation Fee Supported; Capital Outlay).
