WHEREAS, DAVlSlWALTERSlGADCO Carlsbad Gateway, A Calil
General Partnership, has submitted Grant Deeds conveying easemen
the City of Carlsbad for public streets, water utilities and ingress
egress purposes for SDP 84-5, CARLSBAD GATEWAY CENTER,
