Authorize Manager of the Arts Program to attend the California Arts Council Leadership Institute at Asilomar Conference Center, Pacific Grove, California, January 17-2
ITEM EXPLANATION
In accordance with City Travel Policy, any unscheduled
request for business travel within the state which requirg more than two full days and one night requires Council authorization.
Through a competitive selection process, 23 experienced a administrators in California were invited to attend a 3 1 day Leadership Institute.
The discussions and instruction will directly relate to t Arts Manager's position and future plans of the program.
FISCAL IMPACT
Sufficient funds are available in the Arts budget to COVE the travel request. Funds are needed for airfare only.
