ITEM EXPLANATION Carlsbad Tract No. 85-13 is a 8-lot subdivision located on th side of Canyon St. between Basswood Avenue and Oak Avenue. Applicant is requesting that the tentative map be extended November 3, 1988. The tentative map was originally approved on August. 28, 198 The Applicant agreed to pay Public Facilities Fees with the or application. That the above recitations are true and correct. B.
