RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Accept improvements, authorize City Clerk to record the Notice Completion, release bonds, and direct the Utilities and Mainter Department to commence maintaining the publ ic streets associated with subdivision.
ITEM EXPLANATION
On November 11, 1987, Jerry Elder, developer of Carlsbad Tract 83-13 (F1 Fields), completed construction of the publ ic improvements required of project. Mr. Elder is now requesting the City to accept the pi improvements itemized in Exhibit 3. City forces have inspected the pi improvements and found them to be satisfactory. Carlsbad Tract t (Flower Fields) is located on the southeast side of the Marron Road
Avenida De Anita intersection.
FISCAL IMPACT
The Utilities and Maintenance Department will be required to maintair public improvements. The value of the improvements are estimated t $87,171.00.

In view of the fact that all work has been completed, inspected
and signed off at Flower Fields, I am requesting that the
have informed us that corrected copies of as-built plans
have been delivered to the city, and all work is now complete.
Would you please inform us of the progress being made to
release the bonds and give us an estimated. date the council will officially approve same? I would appreciate it if you
would forward this letter to any other city agencies involved
in this matter.
