RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the refund of the following fees:

for permit# 87-565 to
construct offices ut 2042
Corte·Del Nogal. Mr.
Selich was replac~d as the
contractor before any.
work had started and is
requesting a refund for
money paid for the permit.
Any refund of fees redu~es the amount of revenue available to the
city: however, the city may not retain fees collected in ~rror,
collected for servjces ~hich cannot be rendered, or collected with
~he intention of using sai~ fees for a deposit to guarantee the
completion of a task one~ the task is completed.
