RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council by motion authorize a closed session
regarding pending litigation as follows:
I move that the Council hold a closed session to
discuss Highland Co. v. City of Carlsbad, case
number N32292, pursuant to Government Code
Section 54956.9(a).
