In response to Carlsbad's request SDGEE has proposed depositing 100,000 cubic yards of sand adjacent to the seawall north of the Lagoon. This proposal will provide sand the 3,300 foot length of the seawall, a width of 50 feet to 80 feet, and to a depth of 5 feet. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows: 1. The above recitations are true and correct. 2.
