STAGECOACH PARK CITY I GRANTING OF AN EASEMENT FOR DRAINAGE PURPOSES ACROSS MTG. 3-1-88 RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution No. Bf-LC7 authorizing the Mayor to sign the I Deed, granting a private easement for drainage purposes to La [ Partners, a general partnership. ITEM EXPLANATION The Conditions of approval for CT 84-7, La Costa Racquet Club, a1 the developer of this project the option of constructing a crib wa grading the slopes at 2.5:l ratio. Additionally, if the crib alternative was chosen, the City agreed to exchange land in order the crib wall would lie entirely within the subdivision and the ar the park would not change. WHEREAS, La Costa Partners has requested that the City of Cai grant an easement for drainage purposes; and WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad owns title to the portion of LC Rancho Las Encinitas Map Number 848 within which the proposed drainagt are located (Stagecoach Park); and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determi to be in the public interest to grant said Easement. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Cit Carlsbad, California, as follows: 1. That the above recitations are true and correct. 2.
