DEPT.L OF CARLSBAD CROSSROADS PRIVATE DEVELOPMENT 282
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Accept improvements, authorize City Clerk to record the Notice of
Completion and release bonds associated with the development.
ITEM EXPLANATION
Carlsbad Crossroads, Private Development 282, is located on Lot 3 within Carlsbad Tract 74-21 (Kaiser).
The onsite water improvements for Carlsbad Crossroads are the only required public improvements of this Development. Easements have been dedicated by the Developer and accepted by the City of Carlsbad for the purpose of maintaining these improvements.
The Developer has constructed all improvements required of this project
and has requested the City to accept the Public Improvements itemized in Exhibit 3. City and Costa Real Municipal Water District forces have inspected the public improvements and found them to be satisfactory.
FISCAL IMPACT
The Costa Real Municipal Water District will be required to maintain the public water improvements. The value of the improvement is estimated at $68,890.00.

Pursuant to our telephone conversation we now request by this letter a release of all deposits and bonds pursuant to the Carlsbad Crossroads Industrial Park.
The project has been complete and all of the as builts, soils and engineering
reports have been submitted to the city for approval.
Please proceed to verify and to inspect all of the property as needed by the city
for the request made above. Please notify us if we need to perform any acts in order to complete the return of our bonds and deposits.
