RESOLUTION NO. 88-84
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED.
WHEREAS, Raymond G. Spangler has submitted a Grant Deed relinquishii
the City of Carlsbad a portion of his access rights to Park Drive; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it
in the public interest to accept said Deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Cil
Carlsbad, California, as follows:

2. That the Grant Deed from the Raymond G. Spangler dated Sept
10, 1987 relinquishing a portion of his access rights to Park Drive t
City of Carlsbad which is on file with the City Clerk and is incorpc
herein by reference, is accepted.
That the above recitations are true and correct.
3. That the City Clerk is authorized to cause the original Deed
recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, Sti
California, with the appropriate Certificate of acceptance attached.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbac
