activity and ground engine run-ups associated with Palomar Airport operat
These noise disruptions occur as single event occurrences during all hours the day and are particularly distressing during late evenings and early ma ings, leading several members of the City Council to ask about establishin curfew at the airport to minimize these noise disturbances.

proof walls. Other mitigation proposals can consider measures to limit act

It is important that the progress of the Noise Study be monitored by the
Council and community. Staff proposes to keep this matter before the Ci
