RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Announce intention of members of the City Counci 1 to attend a reception for Paul Lagendijk, Consul General of the Netherlands, on April 7, 1988 from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. at the La Costa Ranch Company, Ranch House.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
On April 7, 1988, Paul Lagendi jk, Consul General of the Nether1 ands wi 11 be visiting the City of Carlsbad. After a tour of the City, the Consul General will be hosted at a reception given by the La Costa Ranch Company and the Coast Waste Management Company.
This reception will be social in nature, however, as more than two members of the City Council have expressed a desire to attend, a public announcement stating this fact is appropriate.
