RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution No. 8f-)23 , appointing one member to the Carlsba Preservation Commission.
ITEM EXPLANATION
The term of Brian Robertson expires in April, 1988. Mr. Robertson was appointed to the Commission in April, 1986 in the category of a memb recogni zed experti se in architecture, archeology, hi story, bi 01 ogy, eng geology, or a re1 ated field.
Mr. Robertson has submitted an application indicating his desire to be to the Commission.
Other Members are: Roy Blackford, Kay Christiansen, Marjorie Howard-Jone
Swenson.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO THE CARLSBAD HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, the term of Brian Robertson expires in April, 1988;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City o
California, as follows:
1, That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following person is hereby appointed to serve as
the Carlsbad Historic Preservation Commission for a term to expirc
