TNG- ( RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the final map of Carlsbad Tract 84-28 (March Group Inc.), ITEM EXPLANATION Staff has completed checking the final map of Carlsbad Tract 84-28 lot subdivision located on James Drive and Chestnut Avenue, for c< with the Subdivision Map Act and the Carlsbad Municipal Code. Tt map conforms substantially with the conditions of approval and the map as approved by the Planning Commission on February 14, 1985 Resolution No. 241 5. At the present time there exists one residential dwelling unit and t of this final map will result in an additional four dwelling units beii in Local Facilities Management Zone 1. A specific condition of approval for this project required the develc construct a portion of a storm drain system identified in the currer Drainage Master Plan. Due to existing downstream complaints, this drain facility cannot be constructed without completing major facilit the subdivision boundary.
