ITEM EXPLANATION:
As a condition of approval of the Car Country Expansion project, Development Company is required to obtain right-of-way for the construr street improvements along Car Country Drive.
A. Sillers and D. Brooking owners, have submitted a Grant Deed for dedic right-of-way for Car Country Drive at its intersection with Paseo Del Nc
FISCAL IMPACT:
Requiring dedications as a condition of development will save the City 1 in the future right-of-way acquisitions.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GRANT
DEED FOR STREET AND GENERAL UTILITIES
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, A.Sillers and D. Brooking have submitted a Gr
conveying an easement to the City of Carlsbad for street and general i
purposes over a portion of Car Country Drive; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has detei
to be in the public interest to accept said Deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of thc
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Grant Deed from A. Sillers and D. Brooking, d
