ITEM EXPLANATION:
As a condition of approval of the Car Country Expansion project, Development Company owner of the property, has submitted a Grant Det drainage easement. A retention facility will be constructed on said eas order to minimize the impact of storm water generated by this pri downstream facilities.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GRANT
DEED FOR DRAINAGE AND APPURTENANT FACILITIES
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Carltas Development Company has submitted a Gr
conveying an easement to the City of Carlsbad for drainage purpose
portion of Lot H - Rancho Agua Hedionda per Map 823; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has detei
to be in the public interest to accept said Deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Grant Deed from Carltas Development Company d
16, 1988, conveying an easement for drainage purposes over a portion o
Rancho Agua Hedionda per Map 823 to the City of Carlsbad which is on .
the City Clerk and is incorporated herein by reference, is accepted.
