RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council by motion authorize a closed session
regarding pending litigation as follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to
discuss Ticor Title v. State of California, et al.,
Case No. N33621, pursuant to Government Code Section
54956.9(a).
