RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution No. ff-zg3 accepting the rehabilitation of the
Santa Fe Depot, Project No. 3003, as complete, directing the
City Clerk to record the Notice of Completion and authorizing
the Finance Director to close the project account upon final payment of all claims and costs.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
Rehabilitation to the exterior of the Santa Fe Depot has been satisfactorily completed. The improvements included
window repairs and painting.
Staff recommends the project rehabilitation be formally accepted.

FISCAL IMPACT:
The City has previously appropriated $44,475 for this project as follows:
State Grant Funds $35,000
Chamber of Commerce Matching Funds 3,500 Community Donations 2,575 City Funds 3,400
Total Appropriations $44,475
Final construction costs were $43,155
