The easements for street and drainage facilities purposes hereby offered dedication will provide right of way for said improvements constructed by Rancho Santa Fe Road project. FISCAL IMPACT: Requiring dedications as a condition of development will save the City expe in the future right-of-way acquisitions. EXHI BITS : 1. Location Map. 2.
