CITI CI 5 s .. z 0 I 5 a d 0 z 3 0 0 ITEM EXPLANATION: Engineering staff has completed checking the final map of Carlsbad T 13, a 8 unit subdivision located on the west side of Canyon Street Basswood Avenue and Oak Avenue for conformance with the Subdivision and the Carlsbad Municipal Code. The final map conforms substantia the conditions of approval and the tentative map as approved by the Commission on August 28, 1985, per Resolution No. 2474, and as extend€ City Council on December 22, 1987 per Resolution No. 9320. The project density is 4.2 dwelling units per acre (d.u./ac) which the Growth Control Point of 3.2 d.u./ac. for the general plan design RM. This project was analyzed as an approved project during the pre of this facilities plan and its total units were calculated in to the bui 1 dout of thi s zone. The Local Facilities Management for Zone 1 was approved on September by the adoption of Resolution No. 9221 which incorporated the develo this project. All public facilities impacts were analyzed and miti part of the local plan. The map has been reviewed and found consistent with the Zone 1 Local Fi P1 an. FISCAL IMPACT: t This project is estimated to generate sewer connection fees of apprc $8,000 and Park-in-lieu fees of approximately $6,200 (8 single family at $786 per unit).
