ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
OF SYME DRIVE (CARLSBAD TRACT 84-42)
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Accept improvements, authorize City Clerk to record the Notice of re1 ease bonds, and direct the Uti1 i ties and Maintenance Department maintaining the public streets associated with the subdivision.
IT EM EX P LANAT I ON :
The Developer has constructed all improvements required to this proj requested the City to accept the Public Improvements itemized in Exhit forces have inspected the public improvements and found them to be sa The Developer is required to maintain twenty-five percent of tt Performance Bond to secure warranty for a period of one year.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The Utilities and Maintenance Department will be required to maintain improvements. The value of the improvements are estimated to be $34
