ITEM EXPLANATION: Engineering staff has completed checking the final map of Carlsbad 85-08, a 70 unit subdivision located on the southeast corner of Alg Melrose Drive for conformance with the Subdivision Map Act and th Municipal Code. The final map conforms substantially with the Con Approval and the tentative map as approved by the City Council on Ma? per Council Resolution No. 8017.
