RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the refund 0£ the following fees:

ITEM EXPLANATION:
The following fees have been collected by the City and should be
refunded to the appropriate parties:

REASON
Mr. Davies , paid for a
Sewer Lateral Installation
but the City cannot due the
work due to sandy soil
conditions in the cove
which could cause a
cave-in.
Any refund of fees redu~es the amount of revenue available to the
city: however, the city may not retain fees collerted in error,
collected for services ~hich cannot be rendered, or collected with
the intention of using said fees for a deposit to guarantee the
compietion of a task once the task is completed.
