That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding pending litigation as follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss Carlsbad Highlands Investors, Ltd. v. Citv of Carlsbad, Case Number N41438, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a).
