RECOMMENDED ACTION:
To receive a presentation by Supervisor MacDonald on the implementat Proposition C and consider taking appropriate action.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
In November 1988, the voters in San Diego County approved an ad measure, Proposition C, to establish a Regional Growth Management 5
The San Diego County Board of Supervisors appointed Supervisors MacDon; Bailey to head up a sub-committee to explore the direction to be ta implement Proposition C.
Supervisor MacDonald has requested time on the City Council’s age. discuss the actions being taken by the sub-committee in this regard.
