RESOLUTION NO. 89-15
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING QUITCLAIM FOR DRAINAGE EASEMENT
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, El Camino Properties Trust has submitted a request for
of drainage easement over a portion of La Costa Shopping Plaza 7682
Real ;
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determine(
in the public interest to quitclaim said easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Quitclaim Deed conveying a drainage easement over
of La Costa Shopping Plaza 7682 El Camino Real to El Camino Propert
which is on file with the City Clerk and is incorporated by this ref
approved.
3. That the Mayor is authorized to execute the deed and the
is hereby authorized to forward the original Quitclaim Deed to the
Properties Trust to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder oi
County, State of California.
