RE: BID #9 JUSTIFICATION
1) Items #1-7, U.S. Garnes equipment, axe not the specified
items nor does the catalog adequately detail the equip-
ment. While GAD'S is lower on two (2) items, Gibson's
overall total is considerably lower.
2) Item #8, U.S. Games, does not have built-in transports
which are specified.
3) Item #9, U.S. Games bid was non-responsive, their infor-
mation did not adequately detail the equipment.
4) Item #10, U.S. Games equipment, adjusts on the frame, re-
quiring additional mat adjustment and thus does not meet
the specifications.
5) Item #22 & 23, U.S. Garnes, does not adequately detail the
equipment nor is their equipment under warranty.
6) Item #24 & 25, U.S. Games equipment, does not offer the
necessary dowels. C.S. Goodale's bid was non-responsive.
Tiffin Mats does not meet specifications because the car-
pet is not attached to the foam padding.
Sincerely,
;t✓L-/-~
