RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Accept improvements, authorize City Clerk to record the Notice of Coml release bonds, and direct the Utilities and Maintenance Department to ( maintaining the public streets associated with the subdivision.
ITEM EXPLANATION
The Developer has constructed all improvements required of this proj has requested the City to accept the Public Improvements itemized in 3. City forces have inspected the public improvements and found the satisfactory.
FISCAL IMPACT
The Utilities and Maintenance Department will be required to maint public street and sewer improvements. The value of the improve estimated at $9,835.00.

Mr. Percy in his last conversa with you was told that you would check their project on file a city and determine what has been completed, We both have perso
