RECOMMENDED ACTION:
To consider Council Member Mamaux’s request to have two City Council directories placed at City Hall and at the Council Chambers and take appropriate action.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
Counci 1 Member Mamaux is suggesting that a City Council directory be placed at both City Hall and the Council Chambers which would list each Council Member’s Committee assignments. It is his feeling that this would help citizens understand which Counci 1 Members are responsible for what Committee assignments.
FISCAL IMPACT:
None, other than staff time pending City Council action.

COUNCIL ASSIGNMENTS
As one who constantly pursues ways to keep the citizenry informed, I believe that it would be a good idea for the Council to post our committee assignments in the City Hal 1 and Council Chambers. My suggestion is that we have a directory prepared with each council member’s name and their committee assignments listed below, and that it be placed in the City Hall entryway and in the Council Chambers.
