HD.+ State law requires that the City Treasurer report to the City Council on a monthly basis the status of the City’s investment portfolio. This report is presented to Council each month reporting on investments held on the first day of the month. FISCAL IMPACT: When held to maturity, the above investments will yield $10,904,975 in interest revenue. EXH I BITS : Detail listing of investments as of February 1, 1989. 1. Current market value = $1,691,641 2. Current market value = $13,477,146 of which $371,727 represents accrued interest to February 1, 1989. 3.
