RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve Final Map of Carlsbad Tract No. 84-41, (Alga Hills).
ITEM EXPLANATION:
Engineering staff has completed checking the final map of Carlsbad Tu a 240 unit subdivision located on the southwest corner of Alga
Alicante Road for conformance with the Subdivision Map Act and th
Municipal Code. The final map conforms substantially with the con approval and the tentative map as approved by the City Council on Jur
per Resolution No. 8592.
The project density of 3.7 DU/AC is less than the growth control poi of 6.0 DU/AC and in keeping with the requirements of Ordinance No.
The project has been reviewed and found consistent with Zone No. 6 of Facilities Management Plan.
