MP I CITY AT CITY MG I I I I RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution No. 89-70 accepting the construction of Calave Hills Community Park, Phase 11, Project No. 3245, as complet and directing the City Clerk to record the Notice of Completion ITEM EXPLANATION: The construction of the second phase of the Calavera Hi1 Community Park is considered complete and was formally dedicat February 24, 1989. The centerpiece of the completed park is 19,000 square foot gymnasium and community center buildin Recreational facilities within the park include an adu baseball/youth soccer field, outdoor basketball courts and t (2) lighted tennis courts. Several picnic tables, outdc barbecues, a shaded group picnic area, and increased parki facilities were also constructed. The City Council previously approved a construction change orc in the amount of $25,788 to install a concrete stain connecting the Glasgow Drive picnic area with the remainder the park facility. Two hundred thirty feet (230') of alumir planted bank along the south side of the park.
