Accept improvements, authorize City Clerk to record the Notice of ComF release bonds, and direct the Utilities and Maintenance Department to c
maintaining the public streets associated with the subdivision.
ITEM EXPLANATION
The Developer has constructed all improvements required of this proj has requested the City to accept the Public Improvements itemized in
3. City forces have inspected the public improvements and found the satisfactory.
FISCAL IMPACT
The Utilites and Maintenance Department will be required to maintain thc street, sewer and storm drain improvements. The value of the improve estimated at $704,053.00.

Dear Mr. Patchet:
Per our conversation on April 1, 1988 regarding - all bonds at
Calavera Hills, please consider this a request in writing to
release all bonds except the additional work at the recreation vehicle park.
The way things have been going, I would rather bond for the
remaining work and have all other work (bonded) released or
assigned a council date. I have enclosed an estimate provided
Rick Engineering Company for the remaining work to be done at
recreation vehicle park.
This bond processing has been dragging on too long! In the la
few weeks I have received $10,000 in bills (premiums) for bond
that should have been released months ago. I believe Pacific
Scene has been very cooperative in resolving and responding to
all types of issues in the Calavera Hills project. Is it too
much to ask to get the same in return?
Please call with a response regarding the above mentioned as 8
as possible.
